What’s a mini organisational culture audit?
You’ll get this as part of ‘The bold move’ membership package. Wherever you are on your employee experience journey, understanding how your people experience your culture is key. We wanted to make this option accessible for organisations of all sizes. We’ll spend time running up to four workshops with your audience groups to build a current day – and aspirational – picture of your culture.
You’ll get a detailed report out, culture map and recommendations to shift and improve your culture over the next 12 months.

How often will you update the content?
The world of employee experience changes every day and we’re committed to keeping you ahead of the curve. We’ll be adding new toolkits, templates and content as we develop it with an update once a quarter. We want our members to drive and own what new topics and content they see.
